Essential Job Functions
- Manage day-to-day operation of hotel computer networks across back office, PMS, and POS
- Organize and communicate priorities, coordinate hotel technology projects, troubleshoot system issues, and provide direct support of networks, endpoints, and applications.
- Maintain desktop, laptop, printers, and peripherals for property team with approximately 100 endpoints
- Support interfaces between Hilton OnQ PMS, Infogenesis POS, Saflok, Avaya PBX, and Micros 9700
- Manage third-party vendor relationships to maintain and resolve problems for hotel systems : voice and data circuits, guest WiFi, PBX, PMS, POS, guest entertainment, and public music systems, security cameras, distributed cellular antenna, and digital signage systems.
- Maintain weekly and monthly updates on assigned operational projects, telecom optimization and track technology capital deployment against capital plan.
- Effectively manage time and processes to create maximum efficiency with minimum disruption or redundancy.
- Timely response to sensitive matters and obtain basic understanding how processes fit in with other departmental or business priorities and objectives.
- Adjust quickly to accommodate expected and unexpected changes and gauge progress with respect to overall impact and results.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
