Rate : $80 / hr to 90 / hr on C2C depends on experience Exp level : 15 years Project Overview : The team is looking for an ETRM Sr. APM (Sustain Service Manager Industry Experience : Oil & Gas Experience Top Skills Required : Scheduling non-critical tickets, reacting to issues Openlink Endur required Need someone who knows how to run a support process Need a lead / service manager to run the program Need someone to understand the product and manage the program Team members will need to understand this is production support and will require being available for outside hours work on critical priority production issues and on call per cadence to support coverage, backfills and holiday periods(where client holidays do not match PS holidays)
