This position will be responsible for providing high-quality training and consulting services to customers of SoftPro. Most of the training is conducted in the United States, however international travel is possible. Training consists of, but is not limited to:

What will I do as a Trainer at SoftPro?
This position will be responsible for providing high-quality training and consulting services to customers of SoftPro. Most of the training is conducted in the United States, however international travel is possible. Training consists of, but is not limited to:
- Public training classes
- Training seminars
- Private training classes held in customer offices
- Web-based training sessions, conducted using a third-party web application
- Collaborate with instructional designers to provide input on training materials
- Contribute articles for internal knowledgebase
- Become subject matter expert on SoftPro products
- Stay current on SoftPro product knowledge, closing and title industry concepts, and knowledge of integrated custom and ancillary software products
- Assist with QA efforts as new products are developed
- Answer customer inquiries regarding SoftPro’s training and consulting services
- Identify specific customer workflow processes and controls; document and communicate this information to appropriate teams
- Creation of training agendas to meet customer needs
- Reporting back clear and precise recap documentation to customer project owners
- Provide telephone support to SoftPro customers on an as-needed basis
- We are looking for an individual with experience in the escrow/closing industry and two or more years in a customer service-oriented role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Training experience is preferred, but not required.
- Above all, the candidate must possess an upbeat/fun personality, excellent customer service skills, be a cooperative team player, be a determined, self-motivated go-getter with exceptionally high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or five plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior SoftPro software experience preferred.
