Building Automation Controls Designer (HVAC / Smart Buildings)
Job Summary :
We are looking for a Building Automation Controls Designer with expertise in HVAC and smart buildings , who understands IT networking and its role in Building Automation Systems (BAS) . This role will provide guidance on designing IP networks for BAS and HVAC systems, ensuring seamless integration with IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design IP networks within HVAC and building automation systems .
- Provide expertise on BAS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON).
- Configure and integrate networking hardware (switches, routers, VLANs, firewalls).
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, IT teams, and contractors .
- Develop technical documentation, schematics, and network diagrams.
