Summary:

Job Description:
- Develops, enhances, and tests reports based on specifications. Can write simple to moderate SQL queries.
- Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
- Communicates and interacts with customer contacts/liaison to increase efficiency and functionality of software applications.
- Documents applications, technical specifications and user manuals.
- Maintains current technology expertise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Review and analyze HR data, producing detailed reports as necessary.
- HRIS Management: Oversee the strategic implementation and ongoing management of HR systems, including gap assessments and technology changes.
- Training Development: Create training materials and coordinate training for HR community and end-users.
- Audits and Reporting: Conduct audits of the HRIS for accuracy and develop management reporting tools.
- Support and Inquiries: Address a high volume of inquiries from employees regarding HR systems.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Utilize technical knowledge to solve complex problems related to PeopleSoft and HRIS systems.
- User Training: Develop and deliver PeopleSoft training across the division.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or Business Administration one year experience in problem analysis.
- Related experience in system analysis/performance may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis.
- Certifications: Professional certification in human resources or a related field.
- PeopleSoft Experience: Familiarity with PeopleSoft HR Management System and/or KRONOS.
- Advanced PeopleSoft Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft HR modules, query creation, and as an end user.
- Project Management: Strong skills in time management and coordinating multiple projects.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify, interpret, and resolve potential HR-related issues.
- Training and Documentation: Experience in developing training materials and technical documentation.
- Data Entry: High-volume data entry skills with accuracy.
- Production Support: Provide support in a fast-paced payroll environment.
- Testing: Lead testing for new or modified systems/processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate in undefined policy areas and recognize precedent-setting situations.
- Knowledge of evaluation and research techniques, along with strong reporting skills.
