SuccessFactors Consultant
Seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant to design and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase. The role requires expertise in SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP HCM, and third-party tools like Informatica or SAP PO.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain integrations for SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase.
Analyze business needs, configure integrations, and create custom solutions.
Transfer Onboarding data to SAP ECC and send documents to OnBase.
Document requirements in Azure DevOps (ADO) and perform testing (Unit, SIT, UAT).
Collaborate with teams, demonstrate changes, and provide knowledge transfer.
Adhere to client standards and policies.

Location : Harrisburg, PA - As close to Harrisburg as possible - Northeast candidates only
Position Type : Remote - must report onsite for key phases of the project (once per month)
Requirements :
5 years in SAP HCM and / or SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
5 years in SuccessFactors Integration Center.
Experience with SuccessFactors APIs, third-party tools, and OnBase integrations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ADO Testing Module.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred :
SuccessFactors / SAP HCM certifications.
Experience with SAP PO, ABAP, or ServiceNow ITSM.
