Sales Executive - Enterprise Modernization with AI Solutions
Location : Fremont, CA (Hybrid / Remote Available)
Position Overview
Join SoftSol's sales team as a key early sales hire, helping drive the launch of our new AI-powered modernization platform . This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of enterprise modernization, working closely with our Executive Team and product teams. Unlike larger tech companies, you'll have significant autonomy and direct influence on product direction and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth & Market Development : Own the complete sales cycle for SoftSol's AI modernization platform. Work with executive team to create go-to-market strategies and build the initial reference customer base.
- Strategic Sales : Leverage your network to close early adopter deals, lead proof-of-concept implementations, and build business cases showing ROI for modernization.
- Customer & Product Success : Collaborate with executive team and engineering to guide product direction. Build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise decision-makers and refine sales playbooks.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a strong track record in launching enterprise products, who thrives on autonomy and can own this opportunity from day one.
