RESPONSIBILITIES :
Front desk work. Patient / customer service skills needed.
Able to answer incoming phone calls, outgoing callbacks etc. Check-in / out patients, schedule appointments
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE : EPIC experience preferable
INTERVIEW DETIALS : Virtual on camera via TEAMS
TRAINING : 4-day, 32 hours EMR training. The candidate must pass an assessment test at the end of the course.
