- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Axure, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
- Ensure all designs comply with healthcare regulations and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and adjust designs based on feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, especially in the healthcare field.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on healthcare applications preferred.
- Proficiency in design software including Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and user-centered design principles.
- Experience with data visualization techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas.
