Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Video Engineer for a long-term contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in tlanta, GA . This will be a hybrid role - 2 days onsite (mandatory as there is an onsite testing lab) and the rest of the time remote.
Responsibilities :
- Working in the Scaled User Services Engineering group specifically in the Voice and Video team focusing on evaluating, deploying, enhancing, and maintaining voice and video communication services and infrastructure.
- Collaborating with vendors and telecom service providers globally for service integration and enhancements.
- Responsible for maintaining current on-prem infrastructure keeping high service reliability and finding opportunities to retire legacy infrastructure.
- Help to develop and operate multiple complex features and components simultaneously that also includes service adoption plans, architecture blueprints and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product teams to evaluate various technology solutions in the Unified Communications space, perform testing, deploy solution in production under guidance.

- Working as an external worker in the Voice and Video team in our Scaled User Services Area.
