Operations Business Analyst

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Operations Business Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial clients in Metro-Detroit, MI.

Responsibilities :

• Document Process Flows
• Document Process Maps
• Assist with documentation of Business Procedures
• Create Use Cases
• Assist Test Lead/Test Managers with creation of Test Cases
• Complete Gap Analysis between current state and future state
• Work with key stakeholders and PMO as well as technical Test Team
  
  

Required Skills:

• Proven experience documenting Process Flows and Process Maps in a Financial or Banking industry
• Knowledge of 1071
• Bank Regulatory Compliance understanding
