Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Customer Value Consultant for a temporary contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients. This role is mostly Remote role with training and periodic office visits in Times Square, NY for occasional in-person sessions.
This is a temp contract thru Sept 2025.
This Digital Experience Cloud Team delivers the highest level of personalized support to our enterprise customers, ensuring they have the right technical expertise and strategic guidance to keep their business one step ahead. In this role, you'll conduct value engagements for customers with support from assigned Customer Success Managers, while also building and supporting our Ultimate Success Value Management strategy.

Responsibilities :
- Proactively drive value confirmation for our Ultimate Success customers.
- Develop a strong understanding of Ultimate Success offering to deliver compelling and relevant messages about its value to our enterprise customers.
- Conduct consultative engagements with internal stakeholders and customers that include discovery, benchmarking, value expansion recommendations, and ROI modeling.
- Learn our existing frameworks, reporting and digital tools, while providing constructive feedback for process improvements.
- You can expect to work closely with a cross-functional Adobe team including Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Account Executives, Customer Value & Innovation teams, and Sales.
Required Skills :
- 3 years of experience in a Digital Analyst, Customer Success, or Value Engineering role.
- Analysis of software, marketing campaign or media buy performance (e.g. ROAS, ROI, Conversions).
- Demonstrated ability to derive and explain data-driven insights to senior-level audiences.
- Strong PowerPoint skills including building, presenting, and developing talk tracks for persuasive presentations.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be self-directed and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in SaaS, media buying or professional services would be an asset.
