Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Director of MSP Oversight and Compliance for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Healthcare Services clients for a Remote position.
Responsibilities:
The Director of MSP Oversight and Compliance, is responsible for managing Retina Consultants of America's (RCA) Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Internal IT Infrastructure (ITI) Team Members, facilitating seamless integration and operational efficiency. This role ensures MSP and internal ITI alignment with Firm's IT Infrastructure Standards, Procedures, and Policies. Reporting to the Federate IT Infrastructure VP, the Director of MSP Oversight and Compliance plays a crucial role in unifying diverse teams and service providers under Firm's strategic framework, ensuring a cohesive and compliant IT infrastructure. This position is integral to fostering robust relationships and managing work between RCA and its IT partners.

- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with RCA's strategic IT MSPs and Internal IT Infrastructure Team members.
- Act as the primary liaison to ensure smooth communication and partnership.
- Ensure that IT MSPs and RCA Internal Infrastructure teams consistently adhere to Firm's IT Infrastructure standards, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with IT Infrastructure and Information Security teams to align strategies and operations.
- Oversee and manage the contractual aspects of agreements with MSPs, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Address any discrepancies or issues promptly and effectively.
- Regularly assess and report on the performance and compliance of MSPs to ensure service delivery meets Firm's expectations and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improving alignment and addressing gaps between Firm and RCA pertaining to IT infrastructure standards, processes and procedure and increasing maturity for IT Infrastructure services.
- Identify potential risks in MSP operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure proactive management of compliance-related risks.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the IT Federated Team by aligning MSP activities with broader organizational goals.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on MSP oversight and compliance.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in managing complex contractual agreements.
- Working and managing highly decentralized environments.
- Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
