Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Group Manager, Outbound Product Marketing for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients. This role is hybrid in San Francisco, CA .
We are seeking an exceptional product marketer to cover a maternity leave on the Adobe Acrobat business. In this contract role, you will lead and champion marketing strategies that meaningfully move the Acrobat business forward. This involves a comprehensive approach that encompasses full funnel marketing across product releases, campaigns and always on programs, utilizing channels such as Display, Paid Search, CTV, LCM, PR, Social, Community, and SEO across multiple audience segments including Knowledge Workers, SMBs and Solopreneuers, and Students. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast paced environment, is enthusiastic about blending creativity with analytics to achieve substantial results, possesses strong leadership skills to manage and sustain robust cross-functional partnerships, and will oversee two experienced marketing managers.

Responsibilities :
- Help author marketing strategies to inform the go to market and channel plans, identify budget allocations and make strategic recommendations based on customer insights, learnings and performance.
- Collaborate closely with inbound product marketing on the upcoming product roadmap, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and programs ensuring a best in class user experience from awareness to adoption to engagement across segments: Knowledge Workers, SMBs and Solopreneuers, and Students.
- Demand Creation: Driving awareness and changing perception of Acrobat
- Demand progression: Driving consideration and interest of Acrobat (KPI: Visits/New Unique Visits)
- Demand Conversion: Maximizing ARR driving both D2P and TWP on a.com, as well as downloads and purchase of Document cloud apps
- E&R: Stimulate additional tool and surface usage
- Define and closely measure key success metrics in partnership with cross functional experience such as Traffic/NUV, Sign Ups, ARR, MAU, etc., evaluating if we are on target (miss/ahead, etc.) and provide strategic recommendations for optimizations based on data and insights to ensure goals are met
Required Skills :
- Experience in fast paced tech-forward environment : 10-15 years of product marketing experience from a technology SaaS company and/or agency background. Ideal candidate has experience working at Adobe.
- Strategic thinker : The ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth
- A proven leader : Strong leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Strong analytical skills : Outstanding analytical skills to identify, analyze, and use data to provide recommendations
- Customer-centric approach : Understanding customer needs and motivations to build outstanding experiences and successful customer journeys
- Cross-functional collaboration : Proven ability to partner with product management and go-to-market teams to define and implement new strategies and initiatives and influence teams to drive alignment and resolution
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred
- A proactive and resourceful attitude, motivated to take action, overcome obstacles, solve problems, and provide effective solutions
- Executive presence and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to details - strong project management capabilities and able to work across multiple workstreams, spanning audiences, projects and teams.
