Power Platform Product Manager

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Power Platform Product Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in New York City, NY.

Responsibilities :

• The Global Technology Control Testing team is looking to update their Control's Library, currently existing in Excel and transitioning to Power Platforms
• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's financial goals and market needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, sales) and external partners to ensure successful product delivery. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and market introduction.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
• Financial Analysis: Develop pricing strategies and financial models to ensure product profitability. Utilize Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery. Leverage Power Platforms for efficient project management and automation.
• Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics and KPIs to assess success and identify areas for improvement. Use Power BI to monitor and report on key performance indicators.

Required Skills:

• 10 years of Experience as a Product Manager
• Strong understanding of system creation and design
• Experienced with Power Platforms (including Power BI)

Preferred Skills:

• Prior Financial Institution Experience .
