Contract Manager and Contract Administrator

Location: Bronx, NY

Duration: 12 months (35 hrs/week)

Rate: $42/hr/1099

Direct Client: NYCHA

Supervise staff who complete case reviews to process income reviews and resolve income discrepancy; Complete case reviews to process income reviews and resolve income discrepancy. Research and provide an accurate analysis of case activities; Use case research and knowledge of NYCHA to inform processing and supervision

Daily Duties

- Supervise staff performing income reviews

- Research case information to perform calculations

- Provide feedback and reports to management on staff performance
