Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Program CNC machines using advanced techniques to meet precise customer specifications.
- Develop and optimize machining processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Handle pre-sale technical assessments including customer visits and machine capability evaluations.
- Perform installations and conduct comprehensive training sessions with customers on how to operate Citizen and Miyano CNC lathes and CNC mills.
- Provide ongoing support, responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues remotely or on-site.
- Analyze technical documents and blueprints to ensure all product specifications are met during the machining process.
- Create detailed time studies and perform critical initial part run-offs to establish production benchmarks.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites in Mexico and Canada to provide expertise and training.
- Align and set up bar feed units associated with CNC lathes and mills.
