Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and spearhead the organization's talent management strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term company objectives.
- Facilitate the creation and execution of innovative strategies to cultivate a high-performance organizational culture.
- Conduct comprehensive research on organizational performance to identify development opportunities, leading initiatives from design through to implementation and outcome measurement.
- Employ KPIs to continuously refine direction, assess progress, and enhance processes within talent management.
- Collaborate closely with HR, various division heads, and executive teams to align talent management strategies with organizational needs.
- Effectively manage the talent management budget, ensuring resource optimization and impactful results.
- Drive executive-level reporting on talent performance and strategy effectiveness within strategic business units (SBUs).
- Enhance leadership capacity throughout high-velocity cultural changes and transformations.
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, including forecasting, planning, sourcing, and selection to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment lifecycle.
- Design and implement comprehensive performance management and succession planning systems.
- Develop and manage powerful talent pipelines and retention strategies to secure a leadership continuum for the future.
- Creator and custodian of a corporate learning environment, fostering ongoing development through tailored training and leadership programs.
