Mid-Level Corporate M&A AttorneyWe are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior Level Associate to join our Corporate M&A or Private Equity M&A practice in Nashville, TN or Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will bring a robust knowledge of business and transactional law, backed by a proven track record in managing complex M&A projects from inception through completion.Salary : $230,000.00 - $390,000.00 per yearEssential Duties and Responsibilities : Conduct thorough due diligence investigations to understand the dynamics and liabilities of the target company.Draft, negotiate, and finalize complex transactional documents, including but not limited to, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and recapitalizations.Actively manage the M&A process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and meeting stringent deadlines.Liaise effectively with clients to maintain open lines of communication and build strong relationships.Provide strategic advice and guidance on transaction structures to optimize client outcomes.Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to all projects.Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to current transactions and advising clients accordingly.Minimum Position Qualifications : JD from a Top Tier law school with outstanding academic credentials.Member in good standing of the state bar of either Tennessee or Texas.At least 3 years of prior experience in top law firm environments working with business and transactional law.Proven track record in handling complex M&A, recapitalizations, and joint ventures.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with M&A technologies such as Kira.Demonstrated ambition and a strong desire to advance in the field of M&A practice.Prior experience that demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively and drive positive outcomes.Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.Robust organizational and time management skills.High attention to detail and precision in document preparation and legal compliance.Capability to lead and mentor junior associates within the practice group.#J-18808-Ljbffr
