Regional Sales Manager - Medical Laser Equipment
Join us as a Regional Sales Manager in the dynamic field of medical laser equipment sales, focused specifically on enhancing aesthetics and medical treatment capabilities in Med Spas, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery practices. This role offers a substantial base salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure with the potential to earn $350k annually, with the top 12% achieving over $600k. Based in the geographic locales of Long Island, Brooklyn, and Queens, this position demands a proactive approach to sales, high-volume cold-calling, and significant travel, involving 3 to 4 overnight stays weekly to drive and expand business operations.
Salary : $75,000 base salary per year, with uncapped commission potential
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Execute high-volume cold-calling and outreach to new potential clients to introduce and sell laser equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Med Spas, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons, understanding their needs and business operations.
- Navigate through the assigned territory to maximize business opportunities and reach sales targets.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and demonstrations of the laser equipment to healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Manage all sales activities in CRM software to ensure all company sales processes are followed and sales data integrity is maintained.
- Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention while exploring upsell opportunities.
