Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Minimum Position Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles with significant exposure to strategic planning and campaign management.
Strong analytics skills with proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms to analyze data and inform strategy.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.
Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation to achieve marketing and financial objectives.
Experience in digital marketing techniques including SEO / SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Preferred Qualifications :
MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
