What are the responsibilities and job description for the C# / .NET Developer (REMOTE in FL) position at Software Resources, Inc.?
Software Resources is seeking a Microsoft C# .NET Developer for a contract with one of our government / public sector clients. The client has one web application written in C# that must be modified to work with newer technologies that they are implementing.
These activities include :
- Converting the application website and its application code from HTTP to HTTPS and modifying the application code to migrate from Oracle databases to Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Attend daily virtual SCRUM meetings and provide weekly status reports.
- Work on projects that may span a broad range of systems and enterprise-wide complex components. Requires in-depth knowledge across multiple technical environments and possesses increased level of business knowledge.
- Works on major projects providing subject matter expertise and technical direction to more junior technical staff.
