What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) position at Software Resources, Inc.?
Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) with a major corporation in New York City. On-site 4 days per week.
Prior lead experience is required and we need someone who has stong experience building and designing platforms and someone who can hit the ground running.
Duration : 9 month(s) with potential to go long term.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Java for backend development.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium or Cucumber.
- Experience building internal developer platforms.
- Proficiency in AWS services (CloudWatch, Lambda, Step Functions, RDS, etc.).
- Strong experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Knowledge of container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS).
- Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github, Spinnaker).
- Experience with incident management tools, specifically PagerDuty
