The Data Solutions & Instrumentation (DSI) team is seeking a skilled Sr. Product Manager to contribute to the instrumentation of world class data products across Streaming. Qualified candidates will have experience solutioning, implementing, and supporting instrumentation of digital analytics tools in complex web, mobile & connective device application environments. The Data Solutions & Instrumentation (DSI) team plays a key role in defining the Streaming data collection strategy, developing instrumentation requirements and acceptance criteria for various evolving data products. The team also leverages tools and processes for validating instrumentation accuracy and monitoring ongoing data quality and schema adherence. Candidates must be comfortable working across functional teams in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. This role requires close collaboration with key partners across the Product & Tech and Marketing Analytics, Engineering, Product, Program Management, and various Marketing teams throughout the Entertainment organization.

" Gather product measurement requirements from a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into Adobe technical solution design artifacts
" Partner with our engineering team on implementation and validation of Adobe's Mobile and Web SDKs
" Perform the Administrator role within Adobe's Admin Console in addition to configure all aspects of Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
" Develop and maintain excellent technical product documentation that serves the needs of our technical implementation partners, dependent downstream teams, and business stakeholders
" Consistently communicate implementation changes and your roadmap with global stakeholders while balancing a steady flow of questions and requests.
" Build strong relationships with technical partners to ensure consistent, error-free implementation processes and tight alignment on evolving technical solutions & SDKs.
Basic Qualifications
" 7 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) must be a subject matter expert in this area and longtime user of these measurement products
" Demonstrated expertise implementing or product managing the implementation of Adobe Web SDK, Adobe Mobile SDK, and Adobe Tags (AEP Data Collection) for client-side and server-side data collection
" Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) across all Data Management areas (Schemas, Datasets, Monitoring) and Customer Journey Analytics (Connections, Data views, Components, Workspace)
" World-class ability to create data visualizations in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Workspace
" Demonstrated expertise in tracking a wide range of user events, including video interactions, user actions, and custom event-based data collection strategies
" Experience in designing and managing cross-platform schemas for seamless stitching of user journeys across mobile, web, and CTV
" Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics processing rules, classifications, virtual report suites, and segmentations
" Experience designing and implementing event-driven data architectures for digital analytics
" Strong perspective on strategies for schema development in AEP, including XDM (Experience Data Model), Data Ingestion, and Data Governance policies
" Proficiency in server-side tag management, API-based data collection, and CDP (Customer Data Platform) integrations
" Hands-on experience with Ensighten, Tealium, or other enterprise tag management solutions
" Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to define and implement tracking strategies
" Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills using Adobe Debugger, Assurance, Charles Proxy, or browser developer tools

- You will support efforts to implement and maintain consistent instrumentation across Streaming, marketing landing page & commerce ecosystems, in doing so: You will write & maintain world-class documentation for our continually evolving set of data products.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics & Product to translate the businesses evolving reporting needs into technical specifications and partner with Engineering to ensure they're instrumented correctly
- You will partner with the teams Technical Program Manager (TPM) to ensure error-free instrumentation requirements are efficiently delivered to our Engineering partners & that we're supporting the implementation and validation process as needed
- You will regularly partner with highly technical Engineering partners to debug & resolve implementation blockers and integrate into multiple processes and workstreams to accomplish goals
