Master Planner (SME)
Duration: 12-18 month contracts
Worksite location –100% onsite - Fort Worth, TX
Hours: 4/10 schedule – Mon – Thursday 7AM – 5PM
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance. Investigation within the last 5 Years or CE Enrollment.
We are seeking a seasoned Master Planner (Subject Matter Expert) with an Active Secret Clearance and recent investigation (within the last 5 years) or CE Enrollment, to join a high-impact program based 100% onsite in Palmdale, CA. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in Program Planning and Scheduling within Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) environments. They will be an expert in Critical Path Methodology, Earned Value Management (EVM), and tools such as Deltek Open Plan, with a proven ability to support proposal development, IPMDAR reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This role is best suited for a self-starter with strong communication skills who can independently collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, and production teams to drive schedule performance and ensure mission success.
This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in multiple locations. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs. Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
• Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
• Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
