Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Purchasing Manager for Defense Operations to procure custom and off-the-shelf materials to support defense-related operations.
Responsibilities include developing and managing solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs), evaluating supplier qualifications, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms, and overseeing contract administration, supplier performance, and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have experience in defense-related procurement and supplier negotiations, knowledge of FAR/DFARS and defense contracting guidelines, strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required).
