Role Description :
Seeking an individual who is a self-motivated change agent with the ability to communicate clearly areas for improvement in process and capability delivery. Must be someone who can take direction as well as think independently. A solid team leader with collaborative mindset. Needs to be able to address daily tasks as well as consider and work toward the clients end state goals.
The skills to meet this demand are detailed below :
Expertise in Data Privacy 5-10 years (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, etc... are all excellent to have)
Expertise in tools development / deployment and continual improvement 2-5 years (BigID preferred, Informatica Data Privacy Manager or similar SAS tools experience a plus)
Demonstrable background in Data Governance with a focus on Privacy and Risk (GRC is a bonus)
Experience with Agile Development (SaFE) methodology preferred
OneTrust integration experience is a plus
Must be a high skilled communicator, self-assured in your knowledge but able to take input and turn it into action.
Preferred background would include :
Demonstrable experience in database management, data architecture, data management and data modeling.
Ability to discuss data privacy at the attribute level as well as the concept level to engage with everyone from technical workers to leadership
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related field
