What You’ll Do
Job Description :
- Leading & attending shared Global Product Lifecycle (GPL)-related Scrum events : PI Planning, Scrum of Scrum, System Demos
- Team stand-ups
- Manage 3 teams as Senior SCRUM Master (1 NearShore 2 Onshore)
- Weekly Scrum of Scrums
- Monthly GPL System demos
- Shared team refinements / sprint planning sessions
- Maintaining calendars for program increments (PIs) or phases of GPL
- Implementing and leading PI planning events each quarter
- Monitoring the progress of PIs and ensuring alignment with the overall program roadmap
- Coordinating and aligning GPL activities with the organization's strategic goals
- Serving as a liaison between product management, development, and operations teams
- Proactive tracking and handling of initiative-level dependencies / risks
- Looking ahead at the program roadmap 6 months and beyond
- Creating and facilitating initiative artifacts
- Ensuring the business gathers necessary information before engaging engineers for future components of the initiative
- Kicking off IT engagement when it's time for engineers to start looking at future segments of work within the initiative
- Serving as Scrum Master for one engineering team that is part of this initiative
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met
- Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress and success of the initiative
- Providing regular status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems
- Facilitating the resolution of issues that may impede project progress
- Providing guidance, training, and mentoring to team members and stakeholders on agile practices and methodologies
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team collaboration
- Minimum education qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
