POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
You would be hired as a permanent Sogeti Consultant. An expert in field who will provide guidance and experience a variety of exciting projects, work within different workplaces with diverse teams and various industries.
All Sogeti Prospective Candidates Must :
Possess a Bachelors and / or Masters Degree from an accredited institution.
Must have valid work authorization that does not currently and / or will not require future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Sogeti-Capgemini.
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a candidate with a foundation in business analysis, project management and engagement management, as well as an accomplished track record in demonstrating strategic thinking, complex problem solving, and technical evaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, IT / Computer Science or a related field.
Experience managing full project life cycle, coordinating resources and ensuring successful project delivery.
Adept at building and maintaining relationships between company, clients, employees or other stakeholders and ensuring commitments are met and expectations are managed effectively.
Implement optimization recommendations while driving toward enterprise-level process standardization and efficiency.
Document and identify additional pain points to populate process improvement backlog and identify potential high-level solutions to be implemented in the future.
Respond to problems and propose solutions for adjustments promptly and efficiently.
Participate and provide input in project team meetings.
Willingness to pitch in to help complete project tasks.
Provide quality control for program and project deliverables.
Draft and deliver training materials for changed business processes and IT applications.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS :
Additional Technologies / Software expertise : Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Share Point, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Team System (VSTS) / Team Foundation Server (TFS), JIRA, SQL Server Management Studio.
Law or legal domain background.
Certification in Business Analysis (Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)) and / or Data Management (Certified Data Management Professional CDMP).
