Essential Functions | Responsibilities:
- Greets clients and provides outstanding customer care, making each client feel like a valued guest.
- Coordinates and prepares training resources for the delivery of training programs as required by the clients, to include hybrid classroom setup.
- Schedules training facilities, equipment and supplies needed for the delivery of the training sessions.
- Works closely with Clients room rental agent to schedule classroom space as needed.
- Serves as point of contact for training programs, working closely with the instructors, and responds to client inquiries regarding training logistics.
- Provides hands-on assistance for the remote Technology team when troubleshooting issues.
- Orders, receives, inventories, and stores courseware, equipment, and other training supplies.
- Prepares travel equipment for shipping to onsite locations and arranges transportation pick up and delivery with vendor.
- Prepares reports and statistics on classroom activity and resource consumption as requested by management.
- Prepares classrooms for use and maintains overall appearance of the training center.
- Ensures cleanliness of breakroom and serves snacks and beverages in accordance with food handling guidelines.
- Coordinates with other on-site staff members to ensure full schedule coverage when classes are in session, to include opening or closing of the training center.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Prior experience with project coordination.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service position.
- Experience managing multiple calendars in different time zones.
- Computer experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Superior writing and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work with all levels of internal and external clients, from clerks to CEO. Willingness to collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to complete projects and other business deliverables.

- High School Diploma required, Associate Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
- Intermediate to Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
