Front of House Leader

Job Overview
The Front of House Team Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This position is responsible for delivering culiniary creations from the kitchen to the guests' tables. Maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is a must. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to train and develop team members effectively.

Duties

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
• Ensure orders are accurate and presentable before they leave the kitchen, including wiping rims if necessary
• Coordinate pickups so everyone at the table is service food at the same time
• Check accuracy of orders
• Add garnishments if necessary
• Respond with appropriate action to guest’s requests and provide accurate information
• Must maintain a safe working environment through ongoing compliance of safety guidelines
• Treat clients, guests, associates, vendors and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times

• Previous experience in food prep and serving.
• Ability to multitask

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
