Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating a positive experience for our guests at our hotel or resort, handling various front desk operations efficiently.
Hours are Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10pm - 6am every week.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing proper phone etiquette to assist guests with inquiries and requests.
- Provide information about services to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Be ready to serve at all times.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and various software programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
