What does the job consist?

As a US Sales Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy and work closely with our Regional Sales Lead. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and Strategy Execution: Create and implement effective prospecting strategies to target new customers across mobile communications, automotive, and smart device sectors.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key executives and stakeholders within the semiconductor value chain, including foundries, IDMs, and fabless companies.

  • Market Insights and Development: Conduct thorough marketing analyses to identify trends and develop partnerships that drive revenue and market share growth, including supporting growth into new markets.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Identify and manage a sales opportunity funnel of design wins and design-ins to secure future profitable growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with business units and sales teams to formulate and implement effective selling strategies tailored to each customer.

  • Leadership and Team Development: Provide guidance and support to the US Sales Team, fostering a high-performance culture while enhancing team capabilities in anticipation of business growth.

Requirements & qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Experience: 8 years in the semiconductor industry, with a strong sales background managing Tier-1 customer accounts.

  • Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of semiconductor technology and business processes. Experience with semiconductor wafer sales or IC design is highly desirable. Other experience in Material and Equipment sales in the Semiconductor industry can be of interest.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Personal Skills: 

    • Exceptional interpersonal, cross-cultural communication, and networking abilities.

    • Proven track record in customer engagement and sales performance.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle complex sales cycles.

    • Entrepreneurial spirit and skills with a sense of commitment and urgency

    • Self-motivated and driven

    • Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment as a team player

  • Mobility: Flexibility for business travel (both domestic and international) is essential.
