Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist
SojouRN seeks a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional care to critically ill pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform diagnostic tests and accurately interpret results.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families.
Requirements:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
- IL state license.
- At least 3 years of experience in pediatric critical care.
- CPR, PALS, and NRP certifications.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts and every other weekend.
