What you will be doing:
- Improving customer satisfaction by helping our customers (Homeowners) and installers to solve technical problems as well as support installers during commissioning (email or phone).
- Documenting received cases and following up in a timely manner.
- Cooperating with Certified Field Service Technicians and Field Application Engineers.
- Use and maintain the support knowledge base.
- Continuously learn new practices and technology that affect the renewable energy industry.
- Working with industry partners to support integration efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE - 2 years' experience in technical customer support or similar call center experience.
- Possess basic understanding of electrical knowledge.
- Commit to a fast pace and dynamic environment with a growing company.
- Have a "Can Do" attitude, willingness to learn, passionate about solving problems.
- Ability to maintain and surpass key performance indicators.
