As Sol de Janeiro is rapidly growing and expanding, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to support managing Sol de Janeiro outstanding growth. This role reports directly to the Director, Global Financial Planning & Analysis with the goal of improvig visibility of performance in the areas of Global Marketing, Product, ESG & Regulatory (PER), Project Management Organization and G&A.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting:
$135,000—$145,000 USD
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting:
- Partner with business owners to Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Lead budget and forecast cycles for areas of responsibility (Global Marketing, PER, PMO, G&A)
- Partner with Marketing leadership to provide forecasting for campaigns and initiatives.
- Validate monthly closings data and propose the necessary adjustment and accruals
- Challenge the ROIs on marketing activities
- Partner with Data team to develop reporting in BI tool
- Improve Product Segmentation reporting
- Provide new and improve existing financial and business case models. Focus on ease of use and limit complexity
- Manage consolidation of monthly financials, budgeting, reforecast to Group
- Analyze variances and identify areas of Risk and Opportunities
- Implement cost controls to ensure proper spend allocation
- Build a rolling forecast and ensure full year targets are met
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance/business analysis
- Experience in a CPG company
- Experience with financial systems: ERP (SAP, NetSuite or similar)
- Experience with DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI a plus
- Experience with SQL or other relational database management tools a plus
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize; problem-solving/ solution finder abilities
- Pro-active: ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time
- Team player: ability to interact with all levels within an organization
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Interest in learning and ability to integrate information to identify the implications of macro trends for the business
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing time sensitive deliverables.
