Financial Analysis Project Manager
This opportunity is an on-site role, working 5 days a week at our corporate offices in Tempe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the company's expense plans and monthly forecasts.
- Accurately update systems to actual results, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze and provide commentary on variances.
- Support the company's operations as a financial business partner, performing ad hoc analysis to discover opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and profit.
- Work cross-functionally on projects to improve company-wide reporting and planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in creating data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or MS Excel.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills, with experience using SQL, Power Query, Snowflake, or similar tools to query data from relational databases.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple financial analysis projects simultaneously. At month end, you will be responsible for budget, projection, and actual variance commentary.
