What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Construction/Procurement Summer Intern position at Sol Systems?
Sol Systems is seeking a Pre-Construction/Procurement Summer Intern to support our teams in Washington, DC. The intern will split their time this summer to support the Pre-Construction team on EPC bid packages, scope and cost reviews, EPCA negotiations and projects, and support the Procurement team on module delivery management, GSU support and other owner furnished equipment. This is a great opportunity for students interested in Construction and Project Management who would like to gain exposure to the renewable energy space.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Excel spreadsheets and trackers
- Issue RFPs
- Support contract execution for invoicing, schedules, and deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
- Attention to detail
- Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and corporate responsibility
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
