We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight:
- Assist the Operations Manager with coordinating the daily operations of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reliability, and service quality.
- Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure readiness for and compliance during internal and external audits.
Staff Management:
- Develop employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth.
- Address employee conduct issues and enforce corrective actions when necessary.
- Mentor and coach staff to build skills and align with company objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet audit and reporting requirements.
Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding policies, schedules, and procedures.
- Communicate updates and expectations to staff effectively and promptly.
- Liaise with clients and employees to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Incident and Safety Management:

- Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement).
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and transportation scheduling software (preferred).
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance standards.
- Bilingual capability preferred (English and Spanish).
