Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring that our bar area is well-maintained and inviting.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring that all culinary standards are met.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with fine dining environments and high standards of guest services is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of basic sales principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
