Overview
We are seeking a driven and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as you will be involved in both the planning, execution of marketing strategies, and the analysis of their effectiveness.
Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management:
- Coordinate with Social Media Content Creator : delegate post topics to align with marketing strategy and promotions.
- Growth Strategies: Identify strategies for increasing social media reach and engagement (e.g., influencer partnerships, collaborations, contests).
- Analytics: Monitor social media performance, adjusting content strategies based on insights from platform analytics.
2. Paid Advertising Management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.):
- Ad Strategy: Develop paid ad campaigns to drive new clients and increase bookings, using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Ad Creation: Design compelling ad copy and visuals, optimizing for conversion rates. Coordinate with the design team for high-quality creatives.
- Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns, monitoring daily spend, adjusting bids, and targeting to ensure effective use of the advertising budget.
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate ad spend effectively, ensuring that campaigns stay within budget and deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).
- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly track, analyze, and report on key metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and overall campaign performance. Adjust strategies as needed.
3. Email Marketing:
- Newsletter Creation: Design and send engaging email newsletters that include promotions, service updates, and spa news.
- Segmentation: Segment email lists to target specific customer groups with personalized content and offers.
- Automated Campaigns: Create and manage automated email sequences for onboarding new clients, aftercare follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
4. Text Marketing (SMS):
- SMS Campaigns: Develop and execute SMS campaigns to promote last-minute openings, special offers, and reminders.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Target specific customer segments with personalized offers and appointment reminders.
- Compliance: Ensure that all text marketing campaigns comply with SMS regulations and best practices (opt-in, opt-out).
5. Marketing Calendar & Campaign Planning:
- Marketing Calendar: Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that aligns all campaigns across social media, email, SMS, and paid ads.
- Campaign Strategy: Work closely with the spa’s leadership to design and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns (e.g., holiday promotions, new treatments, etc.).
- Tracking & Reporting: Track key campaign dates, ensure all assets and content are ready on time, and report on campaign performance after execution.
6. Content & Creative Strategy:
- Visual & Copywriting: Develop engaging, high-quality copy and visuals for digital campaigns across all platforms. This includes social media posts, emails, SMS, and paid ads.
- Collaborations: Work with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce professional content for all marketing channels.
7. Reporting & Analytics:
- Tracking Campaign Performance: Monitor the performance of all marketing channels, including social media, email, text, and paid ads.
- Monthly Reporting: Provide detailed reports to the spa owner/manager on key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, ROI on paid ads, and social media engagement.
- Optimization: Use data insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and tools for website optimization.
- Proficiency in CRM software to create automations for email and text campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and analytics tools to measure campaign success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Confident, self-starter willing to collaborate with the team to produce the best strategy for growth.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
