Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed in Colorado (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC)
- Clinicians with training, experience, and enthusiasm for working with couples and adolescents

- Someone interested in program development or community engagement (e.g., facilitating groups, participating in outreach events)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and adolescents using evidence-based and trauma informed approaches
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines
- Stay up to date with best practices, emerging research and evolving mental health trends
- Engage in collaborative care and team consultations
- Uphold ethical inclusive practices
- Actively contribute to community engagement initiatives
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting peers
Position Details:
- Hiring for Two Positions
- Pay Range: $55-$75 per session (based on licensure status)
- Admin Pay: $30 per hour for indirect time
- Required: Availability for sessions on Fridays
- Preferred: Availability for Saturday or Sunday sessions, weekday evenings
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer for clinical documentation
- Strong adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Primarily an in-office position, with one remote workday available per week

- In-person sessions with at most one virtual day per week dependent on client need
