Maintenance Field Worker

Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that facilities are maintained in a safe operating condition, implement a preventative maintenance program, document relevant information, and address immediate operational and/or safety concerns under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance and Operations.

The Senior Maintenance Worker plays a crucial role in providing a safe and properly functioning environment for students by maintaining school facilities and buildings.

Distinguishing Characteristics

This position involves performing a variety of general maintenance work, which may be carried out independently in one or more trade areas or collaboratively with other maintenance employees or contracted services in a specific trade.

Requirements

• A strong background in maintenance and operations
