Retail Store Manager at Solana - Retail

Morning Lavender in Solana Beach, CA is looking for one Retail Store Manager to join our team. We are located on 329 S. 101 Suite 130. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

The Store Manager is responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations at the store to make sure that employees work together effectively to make sales and contribute to overall store upkeep. This also includes proper inventory compliance, scheduling employee shifts to cover the store, and training all new staff.

Responsibilities

• Train, document, and hold all employees accountable for opening and closing processes.
• Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
• Achieving monthly sales goals by finding ways to better promote the store, the products, and up-selling to customers.
• Develop, train, and maintain staffing levels.
• Ensure sufficient inventory as available at the store to avoid being “out of stock”.
• Know and train your staff on inventory and customer base .
• Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Retail Lead/Management experience is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical Requirements: Standing on feet for longer than 6 hours and able to lift up to 20lbs.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $30.00 - $34.00/hour.
