Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients
- Serve as the primary contact for providing white glove support and problem resolutions for clients
- Participate in special projects for growth and development as needed
- Follow established procedures, update documentation, assume ownership of end-user issues and strive to provide excellent service to all business partners
- Maintain required documentation and records to meet best practices
- Strive to meet individual and team goals
Requirements
- Demonstrate a friendly and professional phone demeanor
- Possess experienced interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and vendors
- People-oriented - enjoy interacting with others and working on group projects
- Have excellent customer service skills and written skills
- Demonstrate positive and professional behavior with customers and coworkers
- Have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
