Overview:
We are looking to hire a sales route manager to join our growing team! This is a door-to-door position with opportunities for advancement. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work well without constant supervision, and willing to work a minimum of 15 hours a week. We offer summer sales earning potential without leaving Utah!
Responsibilities and duties include:
- filling in open times with new customers in areas that we are working in.
- Engaging in conversations with customers
- Using a smartphone app with a data plan to input appointment information

Compensation: 100% commission starting at 35% with the potential to get to 50% of the contract! When you sell, you are compensated after the sale is completed in full. Average contract value is 1k, average sales per day is 2-3 a day. Average Sale completion time is 1 day.
