Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Bar admission in Florida is required.

Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Litigation experience is a plus. We offer a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in Florida.
- Strong writing skills with a focus on legal drafting.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Proficiency in legal research tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
