The OEM / RV Sales Representative is a key leadership role, responsibility for driving sales and revenue growth withing the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) market and with RV end user customers. This position involves developing and executing sales strategies and nurturing relationships with OEM and RV clients to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
· Reach out to potential customers through various sales channels
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
· Perform customer service tasks including follow-ups with prospects and former customers
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery, installation, technical support, and customer satisfaction
· Analyze market trends, customer data, and competition to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
· Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
· Handle contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
· Coordinate credit applications, purchase deposits, and processing paperwork.
· Answer and pursue sales leads that come online as well as in person.
· Attending vendor events/tradeshows
· Obtain information needed to understand the units that you sell. This includes making calls to the manufacturer, watching videos online, and asking the other members of the staff
