What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at Solar Gain?
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will demonstrate a passion for solar energy solutions and effectively build relationships with existing and new customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. As the primary pre- and post-sales contact for customers, this role provides administrative support to the Services Team while ensuring that our client service requests are addressed with a top-notch customer experience to maintain satisfaction and ongoing interest. Must have excellent PC skills with an aptitude for business solutions and handling financial matters.
Essential Responsibilities Include
Manage client tickets with the company CRM software (ZOHO), prioritizing them based on their urgency and tracking each ticket's status.
Gather data to build estimates and proposals and provide cost reporting in accordance with established guidelines to develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate weekly billing information, tracking all billable work, ensuring management is informed of all projects ready to bill.
Have the aptitude to learn technical information and be able to communicate about it to non-technical customers.
Coordinate warranty service-related project details with customers and provide status updates.
Facilitate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) for all service and warranty-related projects facilitated through Procurement. Confirm details, including cost and delivery, following the approved budget and schedule.
