Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including door-to-door visits.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and how it can save them money.
- Utilize Salesforce software to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the technical sales team to address any product-related inquiries or concerns.
- Provide multilingual support when necessary to reach a broader customer base.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in solar or technical sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of the solar market and renewable energy trends is highly desirable.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
